What is Strong Mums?

Strong Mums is a female-only class for ladies who are looking to maximise their fitness results in an hour-long group training session.

Who can do Strong Mums? 

The class is open to females of any fitness ability level. There is no pre-requisite level of fitness or knowledge to participate. Each class will be fully coached.

When is the class? 

Our Strong Mums class runs on Wednesday mornings at 10.30am. Further class times will be added as demand dictates.

Do I have to commit to a certain period or number of sessions? 

No, you can choose between a pay as you go option (£15 per class) or a monthly membership (£50 per month).
