Getting Started

Interested in doing CrossFit? Here are the three steps.

Step 1 : Book a free trial (optional) – Email, Phone, Facebook, Twitter.

If you don’t know CrossFit and would like to give it a go, book a free trial. The free trial will be on a 1-to-1 basis where we will take you through a warm up, workout, cool down and answer any questions. Contact us, stating a time that suits you and we will get back to you to confirm we can fit you in.

Step 2 : Choose An Entry Route

At Blitz CrossFit there are some skills that are the foundations of everything we do. To make sure you’ve got them, we require you to attend one of the sessions listed below. These cater to everyone from complete gym novice to CrossFit Ninja.

  1. Two Week Foundation Course (£100 – complete beginners upwards).
  2. Individual Foundation Course (£200 for 4 x 1hr session – session times agreed between you and your coach).
  3. Show us your skills (free short assessment for experienced CrossFitters).

Step 3 : Become a Member

Once you are up and running with the foundations of CrossFit, you can become a Member of Blitz CrossFit and put those skills to the test.

Choose a membership tier that suits your schedule.

Once your Membership’s confirmed, you can sign up for classes using our online booking system.
