Today’s WOD:
Deadlift
- 20 minutes to build to a 2RM
- 2 rounds, each for time:
- 7 Deadlift @ 100/70kg
- 25m Dumbell walking lunge (15/10kg)
- Run 100m
*rest 3 minutes between rounds
